OUR BEACH

Incorporated in 1954, the Half Moon Community Beach Association is a private beach in Sands Point, New York, that covers nearly 300 feet of shoreline at the tip of the Port Washington peninsula—a rare North Shore of Long Island coastal oasis less than 25 miles from Manhattan.

CONSERVATION

Three parcels of over 8 acres of untouched coastal wetlands. The salt marsh is a habitat and breeding ground for aquatic life, birds, and plants. Our association protects this valuable endangered native ecosystem.

Walk the shore. Fun in the sun.

Our rustic seaside community is as diverse as pebbles on the sand. That is the beauty of our neighborhood. The Half Moon Community Beach Association of Sands Point is committed to investing in our stunning coastal views and waterways!

Outdoors are calling, so together, we will be.
